PURCHASING FAQ

Know what to expect.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on the item, supplier and packing requirements. Add your target quantity to the inquiry; our team will confirm the minimum for each quoted line.

Can I combine different parts in one order?

Send a mixed list of part numbers and quantities. We will review sourcing, packing and consolidation options for your destination.

How do I confirm that a part fits?

Share the OE reference, vehicle model, year and engine details. Catalog references help identify a part; final compatibility should be confirmed with our team before ordering.

Can you quote branded packing or samples?

Tell us your packing and sample requirements. Availability, artwork requirements, minimum quantities and any additional charges will be confirmed in the quotation.

Where do I find prices, lead times and shipping costs?

These are quoted against your quantities, destination and agreed trade terms. The online catalog is an inquiry catalog; it does not represent live stock or a binding offer.

Send part numbers, quantities and your destination. We’ll work through the details with you.

Build your RFQ

Prepare a list we can review line by line.

Use one row per reference: part number, target quantity, vehicle information and packing notes. Add destination or trade terms if known. Keep alternative references in the notes rather than assuming they identify the same part.

Identify the part

Match the reference, vehicle information and physical details. Check left / right or LHD / RHD where relevant.

Review the commercial details

Agree quantities, samples, packing, inspection requirements and trade terms in the quotation.
